$10 extra person ($5 if children are under 8 yrs of age)
TERMS & CONDITIONS (you are emailed a copy of these upon booking): 1. The number of guests occupying the holiday home must not exceed _____ unless prior approval has been given by the property owner. Any guests exceeding this will be at an additional rate of $10 per person per night.
2. A 10% deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The balance is payable upon departure. If your deposit has not arrived within 14 days of booking, then the owner reserves the right to cancel your holiday or let the accommodation to other guests. Full payment is required if you cancel less than 14 days prior to your holiday.
Payments can be made direct to LRA Ltd's bank account. Please contact the owners for the bank account number.
3. Should you wish to alter your dates, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total reserved accommodation. Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival, or during your stay, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, unless replacement booking(s) can be secured.
4. The holiday home will be ready for occupation any time after 1pm on the arrival date. The house must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Could you please advise 2 days prior to arrival your approximate time, so we can arrange to meet at the property to hand over keys, contact numbers and look around the property.
5. As the guest, you will be responsible for the holiday home for the duration of your stay. You will be expected to take all practical and reasonable care of the property. The guest will be responsible for all breakages and damage that may occur during the holiday and will be billed for repair or replacement.
6. Pillows, duvets and/or blankets are available at the holiday home. Towels are available at the holiday home.
7. Pets are only permitted with the prior approval of the property owner.
8. Caravans are not permitted on the property.
9. No smoking is permitted inside the house; if you are smoking outside, all butts are to be correctly disposed of.
10. No activities are to disturb the neighbours.
11. There will be wireless internet access at an extra cost of $10.
12. You are not permitted to assign, sublet or part with possession of the premises or chattels during the period of occupation. Only occupants specified on this agreement may use the premises and chattels.
13. Any problems arising during your stay are to be advised directly to the owner: Malcolm & Ruth or Peter & Marlene (in the absence of Malcolm and Ruth).
14. Contravention of any of these terms and conditions will require immediate vacation of the property. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.
15. The unit can be serviced daily if requested. 16. Rental rates for week long stays are available upon request. 17. Breakfast cereals, breads and spreads are available at an extra cost of $10.
